Tony Kille, MD

Tony Kille, MD, is a UW Health Kids otolaryngologist who provides care for children with a broad range of ear, nose and throat conditions. He is also an associate professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health.

Dr. Kille has extensive experience in the evaluation and treatment of pediatric ear disease and hearing loss, as well as airway and swallowing disorders, sinus disease and neck masses. His approach to care emphasizes careful listening, thorough assessment and individualized treatment planning, with consideration of both medical and surgical options based on each child’s needs.

He works closely with families and an interdisciplinary care team to deliver coordinated, high-quality care. Dr. Kille is skilled in managing complex pediatric conditions, including hearing loss that may require advanced therapies such as cochlear implantation. He also has specialized expertise in the treatment of congenital neck masses and airway reconstruction, supporting children with structural airway differences so they can breathe, eat and communicate more comfortably. Clear communication and long-term continuity of care are central to his practice philosophy.
