About

Ryan Schuett, PA, is a UW Health physician assistant specializing in radiology. He sees patients with joint pain and upper gastrointestinal (GI) tract (stomach, esophagus and small intestine) concerns.

Ryan uses X-ray-guided procedures to perform joint injections and aspirations (fluid removal) for individuals experiencing long-term pain. He also guides patients through GI function tests, such as swallow studies and esophagrams (X-rays of the esophagus).

Ryan strives to help his patients enjoy a pain-free life, whether they want to play with their grandkids, walk their dog or sleep without discomfort. He ensures that they feel safe during procedures by explaining the process, addressing their concerns and reassuring them every step of the way. Ultimately, he takes pride in helping people get back to doing the activities they love.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family and cheering for his favorite Wisconsin teams — the Badgers, Packers and Bucks.

My goal is to help my patients live their lives a little better.
