Lisa Witkowski, PA

Lisa Witkowski, PA, is a UW Health physician assistant specializing in family medicine. She cares for patients of all ages and manages a wide range of illnesses, injuries and chronic health conditions. Lisa also emphasizes preventive care, providing routine physicals, cancer screenings and wellness counseling to help patients maintain long-term health.

Before becoming a physician assistant, Lisa worked as a psychotherapist; a background that shaped her whole-person approach to care. She recognizes the strong connection between emotional and physical health and supports patients with mental health concerns, sleep difficulties and substance use.

Lisa strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions, expressing concerns and making informed decisions about their care. She is committed to helping patients feel less overwhelmed by medical language and the health care system.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, playing pickleball and practicing yoga.
