Lindsey Archie, NP, is a UW Health nurse practitioner specializing in urology.
She cares for patients with a broad range of urologic conditions affecting the urinary tract and men’s and women’s health. Her practice includes the evaluation and management of common concerns such as enlarged prostate (BPH), blood in the urine, recurrent urinary tract infections and other urinary symptoms. She also has a special focus on urologic oncology, working closely with the cancer care team to help diagnose, treat and manage cancers of the prostate, bladder, kidney and other parts of the urinary system. Through a collaborative and patient-centered approach, she helps guide patients through every stage of their care, from diagnosis through treatment and follow-up.
Lindsey chose health care because she wanted a career that combines science, problem solving and the chance to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. She values building relationships with patients and helping them navigate both routine and complex concerns. She provides compassionate, evidence-based care and works to make sure patients feel heard, respected and informed. She believes the best outcomes happen when patients and providers work together as a team to make health care decisions.
Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys staying active through running and fitness, spending time with her family and making memories with their dogs. She loves exploring the Madison area, including its lakes, parks, trails and the local community. She also enjoys trying new foods and discovering local restaurants.
