Leah Wisniewski, PA

Leah Wisniewski, PA, is a UW Health physician assistant who cares for hospitalized patients who are dealing with diabetes related health issues.

Leah treats diabetes and elevated blood sugars in the hospital. She has a special interest in diabetes technology, including insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors, which are small devices that can help track blood sugar levels over time.

Leah’s goal is to work with each patient to create an individualized plan that supports better health. She focuses on listening, answering questions and building a plan that fits each patient’s needs.

Outside of work, Leah enjoys reading and spending time with friends and family.
