Jenny Patten, PT

Jenny Patten, PT is a UW Health physical therapist. She is dedicated to helping patients improve movement and function through personalized care and evidence-based techniques.

Jenny treats a wide range of orthopedic conditions that affect the arms, legs, and spine. She has a special interest in hands-on therapy, including mobilizations, myofascial release, dry needling, muscle energy techniques and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM). These approaches can help reduce pain, improve flexibility, and restore strength.

Her care philosophy centers on collaboration and education. Jenny works closely with each patient to create an individualized treatment plan that supports their goals. She believes in empowering patients by teaching them about their bodies and explaining how therapy can address their diagnosis and improve their quality of life.

Outside of work, Jenny enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, walking her dog and crafting. These activities help her stay balanced and bring a personal touch to her patient interactions.
