They talk openly, make shared decisions and learn from each other. He aims to improve outcomes and advance knowledge of neurological disorders.
Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Nirschl studies how certain diseases damage brain cells. He combines tissue analysis with brain scans, blood tests and genetic data to personalize prevention efforts and care for patients. These insights help improve early detection, identify new treatment targets and reduce misdiagnosis.
Outside of work, Dr. Nirschl enjoys hiking, exploring the outdoors and spending time with family.
I entered medicine to combine compassionate care with scientific discovery. Patients and families can count on me for clear, evidence-based answers and thoughtful guidance for their condition.
