Hannah Cavaleri, PA

Hannah Cavaleri, PA, is a UW Health physician assistant who cares for hospitalized patients with heart conditions. As part of the cardiovascular care team, Hannah evaluates patients, monitors their condition and works with cardiologists to develop and manage individualized treatment plans. Hannah helps care for patients with a variety of heart conditions and supports them before and after cardiovascular procedures.

Hannah also provides education to patients and their families, helping them understand their condition, treatment and medications. Hannah works closely with patients and the broader care team to coordinate care throughout the hospital stay and prepare patients for a safe transition home.
