Haley Runchey, NP

Haley Runchey, NP, is a UW Health nurse practitioner specializing in otolaryngology (ENT) care. She partners with patients to diagnose and treat a wide range of ear, nose and throat conditions, including chronic congestion, hearing loss, head and neck cancers and complex skull base disorders.

Her clinical interests include head and neck oncology and skull base surgery, where she values supporting patients through every stage of their care journey.

Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Haley cared for critically ill patients as a registered nurse in the Neuro ICU at UW Health. That experience strengthened her commitment to patient-centered care and inspired her to advance her clinical training.

Haley believes that listening is one of the most important aspects of health care. She strives to ensure every patient feels heard, understood and confident in their treatment plan, with a clear path forward for addressing their concerns. She also has a strong interest in psychology, which continues to influence the compassionate and holistic approach she brings to patient care.

Outside of work, Haley enjoys spending time with her husband and son, staying active through exercise and cheering on her favorite NHL teams.
