Eryka Uehling, OD

Eryka Uehling, OD, is a UW Health optometrist. She is known for her thoughtful approach and her focus on helping patients protect and maintain their vision over time.

Dr. Uehling treats a wide range of eye conditions using clear and patient-friendly explanations. Her clinical special interests include glaucoma, which damages the eye that can affect vision and diabetic eye disease, which is vision damage related to diabetes. She also cares for patients with age related macular degeneration, a condition that affects central vision and dry eye disease, which can cause irritation and blurry vision. In addition, she provides prescriptions for glasses and contact lenses, including specialty contact lenses for more complex vision needs. Dr. Uehling also monitors eye health for people who take high risk medications that may affect vision.
