About

Elizabeth Weitz, NP, is a UW Health nurse practitioner. She cares for people with sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome (RLS), insomnia and other conditions.

In addition to helping adults with sleep disorders, Elizabeth has specialized training in pediatric sleep medicine tailored to the unique needs of children and adolescents. As part of the sleep medicine team, she educates patients about sleep disorders. She helps ensure that they understand their diagnosis and treatments. She also directs them in the proper use of therapies, such as CPAP machines, masks or other devices that support breathing and airflow during sleep.

Elizabeth provides the knowledge people need to improve their sleep and health. Her goal is to empower each person to achieve their best possible health so they can live life to its fullest.

Elizabeth loves spending time outdoors just appreciating the nature around her, as well as hiking, biking and camping.

I treat patients with kindness and compassion. I want them to know they have someone in their corner who will help them improve their health.
