Carla Eichinger cares for adult patients with a wide range of outpatient mental health conditions as a licensed professional counselor. She has a unique approach to care that encourages fitness, exercise and lifestyle habits as interventions for mental health.

She holds degrees in psychology and counseling and is trained in a wide variety of techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), brief solutions focused therapy and acceptance commitment therapy (ACT).

She has specialization in anxiety disorders and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and is certified in exposure and response prevention (ERP) through the International Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Foundation.

When she’s not working with patients, Carla enjoys swimming, running, watersports, all active adventures and traveling
