Ashli Ellison, NP, is a UW Health nurse practitioner in urology. Ashli works with patients who have conditions affecting their urologic system (urinary tract and reproductive organs). She treats a variety of general urologic conditions and has a special interest in treating women with specific conditions. These include pelvic prolapse (when an organ slides down from its usual position and protrudes from the vagina), incontinence (loss of bladder control) and overactive bladder (sudden need to urinate that can be hard to control). When working with patients, Ashli is committed to listening to them and learning about their goals for care. She educates people about their diagnosis and treatment options. Ashli partners with her patients to develop a personalized plans aimed at providing a positive impact on their quality of life. Ashli is proud to be a part of the UW Health team. She feels that its large team of urologic experts, who each have a specialized area of focus, work well together to serve the best interest of every patient. Outside of work, Ashli enjoys cooking, hiking, canoeing and visiting national parks with her children. I want to help people reach their health care goals and improve their quality of life.
