Ashley Gray, NP

Ashley Gray, NP, is a UW Health Kids nurse practitioner in neonatology. She cares for newborns in the hospital setting, including babies who are born early and those who need extra support right after birth. As part of the UW Health team, she works closely with many specialists to ensure that every child receives the highest level of care.

Caring for newborns also means caring for their families so Ashley places great importance on keeping parents informed, involved and supported. She encourages families to join daily rounds, share what they observe and ask any questions they may have. She listens closely to parents because their insights often help guide care. Her approach is centered on patience, clear communication and working together as a team to give each baby the best chance to grow and thrive. Her goal for every child is to help them overcome early challenges and move forward with a healthy start.
