CarePages: Stay in Touch with Loved Ones
are free, private, personalized Web pages available to UW Health patients and families. CarePages help you stay in touch before, during and after a hospital stay, or any time care giving is needed. The service allows you control over communication and provides an easy way for friends and loved ones to respond with messages of support.
How to Build CarePages
Follow the CarePages prompts to build your own CarePage. Help is available for CarePages by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling (888) 852-5521, Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm Central Standard Time.
