Connect with your care team
MyChart scheduled video visits let you meet with your primary care and specialty care team using a smartphone, tablet or computer with webcam. When appropriate, a video visit can be scheduled instead of an in-person visit.
Specialty Care video visits
When you need to see your UW Health specialty care provider, scheduled video visits let you meet with your health care team. It’s an easy way to get great care from the comfort of home. Specialty care video visits are scheduled directly with your provider's clinic. To schedule, call your specialty care provider's clinic.

When to schedule a primary care video visit
Primary care video visits are a convenient option when you need to see a provider but there are a few things to keep in mind:
Patients must be 5 years of age or older
You must be physically in the same state as your UW Health clinic (Illinois and Wisconsin) at the time of your visit
If your symptoms are limb- or life-threatening, call 911
Symptoms requiring a physical exam will still need to be done in-person
