What are video visits?
When you need quick access to a medical provider, UW Health Care Anywhere urgent care video visits might be an option.
Video visits are done from your home using your computer, tablet or smartphone and do not require an appointment.
Some conditions cannot be addressed using a video visit. Patients who are experiencing an emergency or infants under 3 months of age should receive care in-person.
Consider using a video visit if you are experiencing:
Nausea and vomiting
Low back pain
Minor skin problems

How it works
UW Health partners with Amwell Medical Group to provide you with 24/7 Urgent Care coverage.
Quartz patients: Claims will be submitted to the insurance company and co-pays/deductibles/co-insurance will be billed to the patient as determined by the payer.
All other patients: Pre-payment of $59 is required prior to the visit. Patients with insurance coverage are able to submit reimbursement requests to their insurance company.
