A referral from a health care clinician is required for occupational therapy, inpatient care, speech therapy and orthotics. For physical therapy, you can schedule using direct access which means you do not need a referral to schedule. Contact any or our locations that offer physical therapy.
We provide care and offer specialty programs for patients who suffer an injury, undergo surgery or live with a chronic condition.
Please note that not all services are available at all locations.
