Travis Daniel, PsyD, is a UW Health oncology (cancer) health psychologist. He provides behavioral health services for patients adjusting to the biological, psychological and social changes related to cancer diagnoses and treatment.
Dr. Daniel specializes in cognitive-behavioral strategies to manage the symptoms and emotional changes associated with cancer. His expertise includes pain management, anxiety, depression, stress reduction and coping with treatment side effects.
Dr. Daniel uses each patient’s personal goals and values to create treatment plans that meet their unique needs. He collaborates with other medical teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. His goal is to create a caring and supportive environment for all patients.
In his free time, Dr. Daniel enjoys spending time with his family and staying active through various forms of fitness.
I want to create a safe space where patients feel heard, understood and empowered to take an active role in their care.
