Stephanie Yanni, PTA, is a UW Health physical therapy assistant who provides outpatient rehabilitation care for patients with orthopedic conditions. She has a special interest in treating patients with total knee replacement, total hip replacement, rotator cuff repairs, total shoulder replacement and back pain.  Stephanie uses manual therapy techniques (hands-on treatment combined with other therapies to address pain) along with individualized exercise programs. She most commonly uses myofascial release, trigger point therapy, dynamic cupping and tissue mobilization with movement. Stephanie uses a very hands-on approach with her patients and encourages them to take an active role in their own care.   Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys playing golf, pickleball, paddle boarding, volleyball, cooking and spending time with family. I enjoy helping my patients manage and alleviate their physical limitations.
