Stephanie Faucher, NP, is a UW Health nurse practitioner. She provides pre- and post-operative care to people undergoing outpatient surgery at UW Health Transformations. In the clinic, Stephanie and the team provide reconstructive and cosmetic surgery, cosmetic dermatology laser procedures, and Botox and filler injections.  Stephanie works with a multidisciplinary care team to provide the best possible cosmetic and reconstructive surgery services to her patients. She takes the time to get to know each person and their goals so she can help them get the best results.   She always involves her patients in decision-making and discusses their care plans before performing any procedures. Stephanie works to ensure that she is carrying out the patient’s wishes and helping to meet their treatment goals.  Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys dog training with her three German Shepherds. The most rewarding part of my day is helping a patient feel better about themselves.
