Jana Slinger, PA

Jana Slinger, PA, is a physician assistant at UW Health. She cares for patients in the hospital setting who are receiving intensive rehabilitation following traumatic events.

Jana works with patients recovering from a range of conditions, from strokes and orthopedic injuries to amputations, organ transplantations and major surgeries. As a former athletic trainer, she specializes in recovery from muscle and bone injuries and rebuilding strength after prolonged hospitalizations.

Committed to helping people get back to the activities they love, Jana excels at providing high quality patient-centered care.

In her free time, Jana enjoys long bike rides, paddle boarding, playing volleyball, and cheering on the Minnesota Wild.
