Ashley Choudoir, NP

Ashley Choudoir, NP, is a UW Health nurse practitioner who specializes in transplant medicine and post-operative care.

Ashley provides care for people in the hospital who have had transplant surgery involving the kidneys, liver, pancreas or other organs. She also has experience caring for patients after general, orthopedic and trauma surgery.

Ashley understands the unique needs of patients recovering from transplant surgery and other medical procedures. With compassion and skill, she provides personalized care to meet their individual needs.
