Alex Traut, PA

Alex Traut, PA, is a physician assistant at UW Health. Alex works in urgent care settings, treating people with a wide range of acute injuries, illnesses and chronic medical conditions, including cuts and sprains to a bad cough, flu and stomach and chest pain.

As a physician assistant, Alex has a special interest in the practice of primary care. His goal is to help ease his patients’ worry about their medical conditions and show them how to take steps to improve their overall health and well-being.

He believes it’s important to carefully address his patients’ concern so they know they are well-cared for.

During free time, Alex enjoys basketball, running and strategy games.
