About

Abigal (Abbey) Kuborn, OD, is a UW Health eye doctor.

Dr. Kuborn cares for people with eye diseases, including glaucoma, macular degeneration and diabetic eye disease. She also provides comprehensive eye exams for people who need contacts and glasses. Her clinics emphasize ocular disease, including uveitis, which is inflammation of the eye. She has additional training in specialty contact lenses that are custom made to fit your eyes. These include scleral and gas permeable contact lenses that can help people with keratoconus, corneal scarring or corneal transplants see their best. She works closely with other eye specialists to help patients get the best care they can for their eye health.

Dr. Kuborn’s goal is to help people live fuller lives by helping them see better. She hopes to help every patient understand their eye condition and stay involved and informed every step of the way.

Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, knitting and running with her dog.
