The UW Health HIV/AIDS Comprehensive Care Program seeks to:

  • Provide specialized, comprehensive healthcare to people living with HIV/AIDS from birth to age 99+, regardless of ability to pay
  • Support healthcare programs and providers in the delivery of high-quality HIV/AIDS care and prevention by providing expert consultation and education

Clinic Services

  • Comprehensive management of HIV disease
  • Specialized nursing care
  • Referral to psychiatry and behavioral health services
  • Substance use treatment services
  • Referral to individualized nutrition management
  • In-clinic pharmacist consultation
  • Medical case management provided by HIV clinical social workers
  • Smoking cessation treatment
  • Treatment readiness/medication counseling
  • Insurance and public benefits consultation and assistance
  • Patient education and support programs
  • Referrals to specialty providers
  • Referral to dental services
  • Information on clinical trials/experimental treatments
  • HIV prevention/PrEP services

In addition, the UW Health HIV/AIDS Comprehensive Care Program offers a range of additional support services through the Ryan White Program.
