With the temperatures cooling down and the days getting shorter, now is a great time to try something new in your exercise program.
A new class season has just started and there still is space in some great classes. Consider adding one of these to your fitness routine and finish 2017 in the best shape of your life! Fees are prorated for classes already in progress.
