This UW Foundation series concludes with a presentation on gender issues in medicine by one of the University of Wisconsin's most prominent advocates of women's health and women in medicine, Dr. Molly Carnes.

Carnes holds the Jean Manchester Biddick Professorship in Women's Health Research, was nominated as a Local Legend by Rep. Tammy Baldwin, and is founder and director of the Center for Women's Health Research in the UW School of Medicine and Public Health. She is an extremely sought-after speaker who talks all over the world on this topic.

The event begins with a light buffet dinner followed by the presentation and a Question-and-Answer session.
