Sarah chose a career in family medicine because she saw the difference a strong primary care team made for her throughout her life. She believes primary care means truly getting to know each patient and what matters most to them. She values building trusted relationships, especially during times of health uncertainty. Sarah partners with patients to help them decide the next best step for their health. She also enjoys integrative medicine, which combines conventional medical care with evidence-based complementary therapies to support the whole person and promote wellness and prevention.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, spending time outdoors, and traveling.
