Lisa Vinney, PhD, CCC-SLP, is a UW Health speech-language pathologist who evaluates and treats people with a wide range of communication disorders. She provides comprehensive assessments to understand each patient’s unique needs and develops individualized treatment plans to help them communicate more effectively and safely.
She understands that communication challenges can affect many areas of daily life. They can make it harder to express thoughts and needs, participate in conversations, connect with family and friends, work or enjoy social activities. She takes time to understand each patient’s goals and challenges and works with them to develop strategies that fit their needs and lifestyle.
She has expertise in evaluating and treating speech, language, voice and cognitive-communication.
