Kayla Niehaus, PA

Kayla Niehaus, PA, is a UW Health physician assistant specializing in inpatient otolaryngology (ENT) care. Working collaboratively with ENT surgeons and multidisciplinary hospital teams, she provides comprehensive care for patients with a wide range of ear, nose, throat, head and neck conditions.

Kayla is involved in evaluating and managing hospitalized patients, coordinating treatment plans, assisting with procedures and supporting patients throughout their hospital stay. Dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care, Kayla focuses on improving outcomes, promoting recovery and ensuring each patient receives personalized attention and education during treatment.

Kayla chose a career in healthcare after being exposed to the healthcare system as a child. She knew early on that she wanted to help change lives the way her own providers changed hers.

Outside of work, Kayla enjoys golfing, reading and spending time with friends and family.
