Hannah Grudecki, NP, is a UW Health nurse practitioner in endocrinology. She specializes in inpatient diabetes and glycemic management.
Hannah works with patients in the hospital to manage their blood sugar levels. She partners with them to develop long-term plans that best support their individual needs. Hannah appreciates the opportunity to help patients during challenging times. She strives to empower them to care for themselves when they return home.
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys yoga, hiking, camping and gardening.
My goal is to design comprehensive plans that serve as a bridge to outpatient follow-up care.
