UW Health Patient Relations staff assists in resolving concerns about the care and service you receive at UW Health hospitals and clinics. Patient Relations staff are also able to share compliments about services you have received.

Complaints or concerns

Filing a complaint

If you would like to file a complaint or share a compliment about the care you received at UW Health, please contact our Patient Relations Department. UW Health patients also have the right to contact organizations outside of UW Health to file a complaint. The organizations vary according to the location where care was received.
