The UW Health Patient Relations staff answers questions and helps resolve any concerns about services at any UW Health clinic or hospital. Patient Relations staff are also able to document and share compliments about services you have received.

Our staff also can help you understand organizational policies and find answers to questions about your care.

Complaints or concerns

Filing a complaint

If you would like to share a compliment or register a complaint about your service as a UW Health patient, please contact our Patient Relations department UW Health patients may contact organizations outside of UW Health with questions or comments about care and safety. The organizations patients contact vary according to the location they received care.

UW Health has clinic locations that are owned and operated by UW Hospitals and Clinics and clinic locations that are owned and operated by UW Medical Foundation. The locations are:
