For former University Podiatry Associates (UPA) patients: If you have questions about your bill for services provided prior to June 30, 2026, please contact your insurance. UPA billing is not managed by UW Health. For outstanding balances with UPA prior to June 30, please be sure to follow directions on the billing statement to manage payments through the mail.
