Breast Center Patient Navigator
Breast Center Patient Navigators are available to help patients manage their breast health and help eliminate barriers to care. Our Navigators will help connect patients with emotional and financial support, as well as provide assistance with transportation, lodging and community or insurance resources. Our team of Navigators can assist patients with breast concerns at any point in their journey, from screening and diagnosis, to treatment and survivorship.
