Dr. Francoeur is a former president of the Canadian Pediatric Society and is the Director of the Child Development Programme and the Co-Director of the Psychopharmacology Clinic of the Developmental Behavioural Pediatric Service at the Montreal Children's Hospital in Montreal, Quebec. He has participated in numerous lecture series in Montreal and is a frequent presenter throughout Canada.
