Your Child's Sleep Study

An overnight sleep study at Wisconsin Sleep is a special test your doctor may recommend to help evaluate your child's sleep problems.

A sleep study involves monitoring a number of different body functions overnight. It measures how much and how well your child sleeps. It also measures breathing, heart rate, oxygen levels and body movements during sleep. Children with symptoms of some sleep disorders require an overnight sleep study to diagnose the sleep problem. This overnight sleep study will also determine the severity of your child’s sleep disorder. Results from sleep studies are usually available within two business days.
