UW Health Sports Rehabilitation has created the UW Health Golfers Clinic to help individuals address swing biomechanics, golf-related injuries and physical limitations that impact an individual's golf swing.

Our small-group training program is a great way to prepare for the golf season with others just like you. We provide a unique approach to golf conditioning, integrating the golf swing into physical development each session.

If you're lacking the flexibility you once had, we can help you get it back. This program focuses on regaining spine mobility, shoulder flexibility and hip rotation while teaching you how to maintain a stable core for better posture, balance, coordination and repeatable swing mechanics.

10-60 minute 1-on-1 golf performance training sessions with a TPI Certified Golf Fitness and Medical professional. Work with our experienced and certified professionals to improve your flexibility, posture and distance off the tee.
