Many of you are familiar with Zumba, the fun and energetic exercise class that fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a dynamic aerobic workout.
Now, Aqua Zumba adds all of the benefits of aquatic exercise to the traditional Zumba workout.
The natural resistance of water adds a new level of challenge to all of your dance moves. The supportive, low-impact environment protects your joints and allows you to safely and fearlessly attempt new moves. Indeed, Zumba dance moves in the water makes for an ideal workout!
Like traditional Zumba, anyone can join in. No dance background necessary - just the willingness to move and have fun!

We are very fortunate to have a certified Aqua Zumba instructor right here on our staff. Joan Severson has more than 10 years experience teaching Tai Chi, Ai Chi (Tai Chi in the water) and Tai Chi for Health (Tai Chi for individuals medical complications and/or special challenges).
Joan is eager and excited to take the Zumba experience into the aquatic environment. Consider joining her for this brief, five-week introductory class.
