Sport Psychology: Mindfulness for Teen Athletes
This performance enhancement group is for teen athletes between the ages of 13-19 who want to take their abilities to the next level. Taught by sport psychologist Shilagh Mirgain, PhD, you will learn mindfulness meditation skills to build focus, cultivate resilience, encourage positive self-talk and manage stress to improve skills and increase your happiness in your sport.
