Offseason Speed and Strength Training (Year-round)
Our offseason speed and strength training programs help runners improve their mobility and quickness, enhance foot speed, footwork and agility, and make you a stronger, more resilient athlete.
1-on-1 Running Performance Training
Our running training program can help runners interested in improving their running performance, running economy or running mechanics can be evaluated by our expert athletic trainers and performance coaches.
Runners Performance 2-D Training
Our Sports Performance staff uses two-dimensional video analysis and detailed breakdown of your running mechanics to improve your efficiency, reduce energy cost and prevent injuries. Training includes:
- Training log review
- Musculoskeletal screening
- 2-D running video analysis
- Running retraining exercises
- Footwear prescription
Runners Performance 3-D Training
Our three-dimensional computerized analysis provides assessment of your running mechanics, including precise joint motions and forces. High-speed cameras record the runner on an instrumented treadmill that measures ground contact forces.
Alter-G® Treadmill Training
The AlterG® Anti-Gravity Treadmill® can help runners of all ability levels to maximize their performance. This state-of-the-art equipment helps runners improve their performance by minimizing the joint loads and stresses on their bodies.
