At UW Health, we represent the academic health care entities of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. One of our greatest strengths and advantages to our patients is our involvement in groundbreaking clinical trials or research studies conducted to answer specific scientific questions about new ways to prevent, diagnose, detect and treat diseases.
The University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health received more than $319 million in research support in 2013-14, the largest commitment of research funding at UW-Madison.
