Tuna and White Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 ounce) can of albacore tuna
  • 2 cans (4 cups) white beans, drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup chopped kalamata olives
  • ½ cup sliced red onion
  • 1 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and serve.
