Strawberries and Yogurt Frozen Pops



  • 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1 tsp honey



Blend yogurt, ½ cup strawberries and honey in a blender or food processor until smooth. Fold in remaining chopped strawberries. Taste the mixture and add additional honey, if necessary.


Divide the mixture between 4 plastic drinking cups, then place a popsicle stick in the center of each. Place cups in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, until solid. Remove popsicles and serve.
