Spice-Roasted Pork Tenderloin



Serves 6




  • 2 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp canola oil
  • Coarse salt and ground black pepper




  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 

  2. Place the tenderloin on a baking sheet. In a small bowl, mix the spices, through cinnamon until combined. Rub the pork with the oil, then sprinkle the spice mixture all over the pork.

  3. Roast the tenderloins for about 25 minutes, until thermometer inserted in the center reads 145 degrees.

  4. Transfer the tenderloins to a cutting board and let rest for 10 minutes.

  5. Slice and serve.
