Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie


  • 1 cup low fat milk, soy milk or plain yogurt
  • ½ banana either fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter



  1. Blend all ingredients in blender or with hand blender until smooth. Makes one serving.
