Maple Pumpkin Hummus
- 15 oz. can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 ½ cups pumpkin puree
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- Dash coarse salt
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Place garbanzo beans, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice and salt in a food processor and process until smooth. Drizzle in olive oil until combined and hummus is creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary.
Serve with cinnamon tortilla chips or pita chips.
