Gluten-Free Snack Mix
A simple snack mix that you can pack and take anywhere, this recipe is also flexible so you can add your own gluten-free favorites.

Ingredients
- 8 cups popcorn
- 2 cups Koala Crisp™ cereal
- 5 oz dried cherries
- 1/3 cup butter, cubed
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
- In a large ungreased pan, combine the popcorn, cereal and cherries.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter. Add honey and cinnamon. Cook and stir until heated through. Poor over popcorn mixture, toss to coat.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Cool completely.
