Gluten-Free Snack Mix

A simple snack mix that you can pack and take anywhere, this recipe is also flexible so you can add your own gluten-free favorites.


Serves 12



  • 8 cups popcorn
  • 2 cups Koala Crisp™ cereal
  • 5 oz dried cherries
  • 1/3 cup butter, cubed
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon


  1. In a large ungreased pan, combine the popcorn, cereal and cherries.

  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter. Add honey and cinnamon. Cook and stir until heated through. Poor over popcorn mixture, toss to coat.

  3. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Cool completely.
