Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Cookies
Here's a cookie recipe that doesn't even need flour. Rich in flavor, these gluten-free cookies only need five ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Sugar for rolling
Directions
Pre-heat over to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients. Take tabelspoons of dough and form into balls. Roll in sugar.
Place ball on baking sheet and flatten with fork.
Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes.
