Cucumber and Yogurt Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 medium unpeeled cucumber, seeded and diced
  • 4-5 medium green onions, finely chopped
  • ½ cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup shredded or grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 medium garlic gloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon white wine Worcestershire sauce

Directions

 

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for one hour. Makes eight servings.
